Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited announced that it repurchased 196,500 ordinary shares on 16 July 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$1.32 and HK$1.35 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.26 million. The shares will be cancelled in due course.
Including this latest transaction, the company has conducted 30 on-market buy-backs between 1 June and 16 July 2026 that remain outstanding for cancellation, aggregating approximately 10.36 million shares—equivalent to about 0.50 % of Zhou Hei Ya’s current 2.08 billion issued shares.
The purchases form part of the repurchase mandate approved on 10 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 211.29 million shares. As of 16 July 2026, 8.37 million shares, or 0.40 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date, have been repurchased under that authorisation. Following the latest buy-back, the total issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.08 billion shares, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. A moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in place until 15 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
