Two projects from Yuhang District have been included in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's list of key international cooperation projects for the cultural and tourism industries under the "Belt and Road" initiative for 2025-2026. One of the selected projects is the Cultural Export Dual-Engine Platform Development (AI Vista) project, whose applicant is Sixiang Wuxian (Zhejiang) Culture Technology Co., Ltd. This project utilizes a large AI model SD as its technical core, integrating advanced large model technologies such as DeepSeek and ChatGPT. It has been deeply optimized for semantic understanding and precise user intent analysis. Leveraging advantages in localized data, the company has independently developed a visual generation model that comprehensively covers both static and dynamic visual creation fields, capable of intelligently processing and creatively reprocessing materials like images and videos. The platform includes built-in tools such as AI filters, AI video, and AI outfit changes to meet diverse visual creation needs. The project has a cycle of one year. The online product, AI Vista, has already been launched, while the offline product, AI photo booths, have been deployed in domestic and international markets. For international markets, starting from Dubai, the project aims to deepen its presence in multiple Middle Eastern countries including Saudi Arabia and the UAE. By bringing in local experts and integrating global perspectives with regional expertise, the project seeks to collaboratively establish new models of international cooperation under the "Belt and Road" framework to facilitate the global dissemination of Chinese culture.

The other selected project is the UAE Burj Khalifa Light Show project, submitted by Hangzhou Troposphere Film and Media Co., Ltd. Themed "Silk Road Moon · Shared Cultural Appreciation," this project will utilize the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest landmark building in Dubai, to present an immersive light and image show combined with multimedia interaction. Integrating traditional Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival elements with Middle Eastern cultural features, the show is designed as a cross-cultural visual spectacle that embodies cultural exchange and themes of reunion among Belt and Road partner countries. Creatively, the narrative is centered around a core character, the "Moon Rabbit," and combines the artistic conception of traditional Chinese art with cultural symbols from partner countries. It unfolds through segments such as "Lantern Market Reunion," "Journey to the Moon," "Moonlight Shines on the World," and "Mid-Autumn Blessings." Visually, the presentation blends traditional fine brushwork styles with modern design to create a festive atmosphere and emotional progression. Musically, it integrates instruments like the guzheng and flute with Western orchestral music, offering a fusion of Eastern and Western auditory experiences. The finale will display a bilingual blessing in Chinese and English: "明月当空照,天涯共此时 / Same moon, same moment. Happy Moon Festival," highlighting its international appeal. Interactive digital activities, such as an AR Moon Rabbit photo hunt and an online lantern blessing wall, will be set up around the Burj Khalifa and its surrounding plaza to encourage visitor participation and secondary dissemination.
