Beijing Huizhi is a technology company specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of intelligent underwater cleaning robots and equipment, as well as a professional supplier of intelligent underwater cleaning, inspection robots, and smart inspection solutions in China. Its core management team hails from renowned universities and possesses proprietary core technologies in underwater robot control, artificial intelligence vision, and cavitation jetting. This collaboration represents a significant project in the high-end intelligent marine equipment sector, aligning with China's marine development strategy and green, low-carbon development direction, offering favorable policy support and strategic value. The company's board of directors believes that, leveraging the respective technical strengths, industry experience, and capital market resources of both parties, the strategic cooperation outlined in the framework agreement is expected to facilitate technological breakthroughs in the underwater robotics field for the group, further expanding its opportunities for diversified development.
