Shanghai Forest Cabin Cosmetics Group Co., Ltd. (Forest Cabin; HKEX: 02657) disclosed that it bought back 284,200 H-shares on 30 July 2026 via on-market transactions, equivalent to 0.27% of its outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the repurchase.
The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HKD 47.30 and HKD 53.70, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 53.64 per share, bringing the total consideration to HKD 15.24 million.
Following the transaction, Forest Cabin’s number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 106.57 million to 106.29 million, while treasury shares rose from 1.62 million to 1.90 million. The company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 108.19 million.
The repurchases were executed under the mandate approved on 8 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 10.82 million shares. Cumulative repurchases now stand at 1.90 million shares, utilising about 17.56% of the authorised limit and representing 1.76% of the share base at the time the mandate was granted.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Forest Cabin is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 29 August 2026. The company confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and that there have been no material changes to the previously filed explanatory statement.
