SINOTRANS (00598) announced that on October 30, 2025, the company disclosed a plan for senior management to reduce their shareholdings. Li Shichu, Deputy General Manager, Board Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer (General Legal Counsel), intended to sell no more than 128,100 A shares via centralized bidding, representing 0.0018% of the company's total shares. Similarly, Deputy General Manager Wang Dupeng planned to sell up to 128,500 A shares through the same method, also accounting for 0.0018% of the total shares.
