CITIC (00267) has announced that from May 13, 2026, until the equity distribution record date, the company's convertible corporate bonds (bond abbreviation: Zhongte Convertible Bonds, bond code: 127056) will be suspended from conversion. Conversion will resume on the first trading day following the equity distribution record date.
