Peiport Holdings Ltd. announced on 22 September 2026 that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.peiport.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who have not registered an email address—or whose email address has become invalid—may switch to electronic notification by completing and returning the reply form provided by Union Registrars Limited, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar. The form can be submitted via email to 2885-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk, by post, or in person at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Mail posted within Hong Kong can use the prepaid mailing label attached to the form.

Printed copies of corporate communications remain available free of charge upon written request. Existing standing requests for hard-copy documents will lapse one year after the registrar receives them unless renewed or revoked earlier.

Enquiries about these arrangements can be directed to Union Registrars Limited at +852 2849 3399 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was issued under the authority of the Board by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Yeung Lun Ching.
