Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co.,Ltd. has announced details for its global offering of H-shares.

The base offering size is set at 12,838,650 H-shares, with the final number subject to the exercise of an over-allotment option.

Of this total, a preliminary allocation of 1,283,900 shares, representing approximately 10% of the global offering, has been designated for the Hong Kong public offering and is subject to reallocation.

The international offering portion is preliminarily set at 11,554,750 shares, representing about 90% of the total, and is also subject to reallocation and the potential exercise of the over-allotment option.

It is noted that, within a 30-day period starting from the listing date and after the closing of the Hong Kong public offering, the joint sponsors and global coordinators, acting on behalf of the international underwriters, may exercise the over-allotment option.

This option would require the company to issue up to an additional 1,925,750 H-shares.

Should the over-allotment option be exercised in full, the maximum total number of H-shares to be issued in this global offering would be 14,764,400 shares.

Furthermore, the company has set a maximum issue price for the H-shares at HK$252.73 per share.

The Hong Kong public offering is scheduled to commence on June 17, 2026, and is expected to conclude on June 23, 2026.

The final offer price is anticipated to be announced on or before June 25, 2026.

The newly issued H-shares are expected to commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on June 26, 2026.
