SF Intra-City Repurchases 117,200 H Shares for HKD 1.02 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 4.52 Million

Hangzhou SF Intra-City Industrial Co., Ltd (SF Intra-City) reported the buyback of 117,200 H shares on 4 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HKD 8.59 and HKD 8.77, resulting in total consideration of HKD 1.02 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued H shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) declined by 0.0128% to 741.09 million. • Treasury shares increased to 4.52 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 745.61 million, as the repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares rather than cancelled.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate granted on 8 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 74.25 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.40 million shares, equivalent to 0.153% of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, SF Intra-City is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 4 October 2026.
