The trustee of SCHOLAR EDU (01769) has purchased a total of 2.364 million shares on the market.
This acquisition was made on July 22, 2026, in accordance with the rules of the share incentive scheme and the trust deed.
The shares are to be held in trust for the benefit of selected participants in the plan.
