Yuexiu Property (00123) has announced the signing of a financing agreement for a new term loan facility.
According to the company's disclosure, dated September 22, 2026, Yuexiu Property, acting as the borrower, entered into a facility agreement with a bank, which will serve as the lender. Under the terms and conditions of this agreement, the lender will provide a term loan facility amounting to HKD 300 million, with a tenure of 364 days starting from the date of the initial drawdown.
