SHENZHEN INT'L Bond '23 International P3' to Pay Interest and Delist on July 27

SHENZHEN INT'L (HKEX: 00152) has announced that its 2023 corporate bond issue for professional investors (Series Two, Type One), referred to as "23 International P3", will pay interest on July 27, 2026.

The interest payment covers the period from July 26, 2025, to July 25, 2026. The bond carries the code 148398 and has a coupon rate of 2.99% for the current interest period.

For every 10 bonds with a total face value of RMB 1,000, the gross interest payment is RMB 29.90. After tax, the net payment for individual and securities investment fund bondholders is RMB 23.92 per 10 bonds, while qualified non-resident enterprise holders, including QFII and RQFII, receive the full RMB 29.90.

Data from the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch shows that valid repurchase applications for "23 International P3" during the registration period amounted to 16,000,000 bonds, representing a repurchase value of RMB 1,600,000,000.00, excluding interest. No applications were withdrawn.

Following this full repurchase, there will be no remaining bonds outstanding. Consequently, the "23 International P3" bond will be delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the delisting date set for July 27, 2026.
