KEEP (03650) has announced that Ms. Li Shaojuan has resigned from her positions as the company's Joint Company Secretary and as the agent for the service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong, as stipulated by the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective July 1, 2026. This decision is due to an adjustment in her work arrangements.

The board of directors further announced that, following Ms. Li's resignation, Ms. Huang Peiqiao has been appointed as the company's Joint Company Secretary and Legal Process Agent, also effective from July 1, 2026.

After these changes, Mr. Xu Ce will continue to serve in his role as the other Joint Company Secretary.
