HAO BAI INTL (08431) announced changes to its Nomination Committee effective December 5, 2025. Ms. Wang Yonghong, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Wu Yunle, an executive director and former Chairman of the Nomination Committee, has stepped down from his role as Chairman. Mr. Yuan Weiqiang, an independent non-executive director and existing member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
