On July 6, Midea Real Estate Holdings Limited announced three personnel changes effective from the same date.
According to the announcement, Mr. She Zuojun has been appointed as an executive director of the company.
Mr. She Zuojun, aged 44, currently serves as the Director of the Product Center at Midea Real Estate (MIDEA REAL EST). He is primarily responsible for overseeing the planning and management of the product system for the group and its various business units, encompassing customer and market research, product development, design management, and production operations.
Mr. She joined Midea Real Estate in November 2016 and has since held director and management positions within the company and its subsidiaries, including roles such as Design Director, General Manager of Operations, President Assistant & Head of the Product R&D Business Group, and General Manager of Product Management.
Prior to joining Midea Real Estate, Mr. She worked for several mainland real estate enterprises. From April 2011 to November 2016, he served as the department head of the Planning and Design Department at the Guangzhou company of China CITIC Group Corporation. From April 2008 to April 2011, he worked as an architect in the Design Management Department of Vanke Co., Ltd.'s Guangzhou company, responsible for district design. From July 2005 to April 2008, he was an architect at the Architectural Research Center of China Evergrande Group.
On the same day, Ms. Wan Jingli resigned from her positions as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative due to personal career development plans. She has confirmed to the board of directors that there are no disagreements between her and the board or the company.
Concurrently, Ms. Huang Yishan was appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative. Ms. Huang obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Waterloo, Canada, in June 2006, and a Master of Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from the City University of Hong Kong in July 2016. She is a member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. Ms. Huang joined the group in July 2026 and possesses approximately 20 years of experience in audit, compliance, and corporate finance.
