China Sanjiang Maintains 1.19 Bln Shares Outstanding and Meets Public-Float Rules in August 2026

China Sanjiang Fine Chemicals Company Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that key capital metrics remained unchanged during the month.

The issuer’s authorised share capital stood steady at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 500.00 million. No adjustments to the authorised or registered share capital were recorded.

Issued share capital was likewise unchanged. At month-end, China Sanjiang had 1.19 billion ordinary shares in issue and zero treasury shares, matching the balances reported at the close of July 2026. Consequently, total issued shares also remained at 1.19 billion.

The company confirmed that it continued to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as stipulated under Rule 13.32B, indicating adequate free-float liquidity in the market.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other share-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the month, and there were no share repurchases or redemptions.

The submission, signed by Company Secretary Henry Yip on 2 September 2026, further affirms compliance with all applicable Hong Kong Listing Rules, statutory filings, and corporate governance obligations.
