JUNWEA GROUP (HKEX: 01920) has issued a clarification announcement regarding the price for its share placement. The placement price has been set at HK$0.441 per share.
This price represents a discount of approximately 11.8% compared to the closing price of HK$0.50 per share as reported on the Stock Exchange on the date of the placement agreement. The net proceeds from the placement are expected to be around HK$32.5 million.
The company has submitted an application to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in its shares. Trading is scheduled to recommence at 1:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026.
