On 31 July 2026, Karrie International Holdings Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 250,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from HKD1.83 to HKD1.85 per share, for a total consideration of HKD0.46 million. The company disclosed the transaction in its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The repurchased shares represent approximately 0.012% of Karrie Int’l’s existing 2.09 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of 30 June 2026. As the shares had not been cancelled by the reporting date, the issued share capital remained unchanged at 2.09 billion shares.
The buyback was conducted under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 5 September 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 202.11 million shares. To date, 250,000 shares—0.12% of the mandate limit—have been utilised.
In line with Main Board Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Karrie Int’l is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sale/transfer of treasury shares until 30 August 2026.
