The overall coordinator, acting on its own behalf and for the international underwriters, partially exercised the over-allotment option on Thursday, July 23, 2026. This involved a total of 3.039 million depositary receipts, which represents approximately 3.4% of the total number of offered depositary receipts initially available for subscription under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option. The over-allotted depositary receipts will be sold by the grantor of the over-allotment option at a price of HK$26.60 per depositary receipt, which is the offer price for each depositary receipt under the global offering.
In accordance with Rule 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Price Stabilization) Rules (Chapter 571W of the Laws of Hong Kong), the company has confirmed that the stabilization period for the global offering concluded on Thursday, July 23, 2026. This date falls on the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offer.
The stabilization actions taken by the stabilization agent, CITIC CLSA Securities Limited, its affiliates, or any person acting on its behalf during the stabilization period are detailed below. During the international offering, a total of 13.4502 million depositary receipts were overallotted, representing approximately 15.0% of the total number of offered depositary receipts initially available for subscription under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option. During the stabilization period, a continuous purchase of 10.4112 million depositary receipts was conducted on the market at a price range of HK$21.84 to HK$26.60 per depositary receipt. This amount equates to approximately 11.6% of the total number of offered depositary receipts available for subscription under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option. The last purchase on the market by the stabilization agent, its affiliates, or any person acting on its behalf occurred on July 22, 2026, at a price of HK$24.38 per depositary receipt. Additionally, the overall coordinator, acting on its own behalf and for the international underwriters, partially exercised the over-allotment option on Thursday, July 23, 2026, for 3.039 million depositary receipts. This represents approximately 3.4% of the total number of offered depositary receipts initially available for subscription under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option. The price for this partial exercise was HK$26.60 per depositary receipt, which is the offer price for each depositary receipt under the global offering. This action was taken to facilitate the delivery of a portion of the depositary receipts to placees who had agreed to defer delivery of the relevant depositary receipts subscribed under the global offering.
