China Mobile's Jiangsu Branch in Lianyungang City recently conducted specialized training on AI technology for the China Association for Promoting Democracy (CAPD) Lianyungang Municipal Committee. The session focused on enhancing political consultation and administrative efficiency through digital tools. This initiative aligns with efforts to implement the central CAPD's 2026 social service theme and accelerate the digital and intelligent transformation of democratic parties' operations.

During the training, AI specialists from China Mobile's Lianyungang branch addressed key functional areas including political participation, democratic supervision, and social services. Practical applications covered information sorting, proposal drafting, research data analysis, meeting material generation, presentation design, and data security. The training emphasized hands-on skills for large model applications, prompt engineering, and efficient AI interaction, while highlighting critical requirements for information confidentiality, content compliance, and AI hallucination prevention.

Xu Shanming, Vice Chairman of Lianyungang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairperson of the CAPD Municipal Committee, noted that the training represented concrete implementation of the central CAPD's annual work plan. He acknowledged China Mobile's professional support in addressing operational challenges, providing user-friendly digital tools that significantly improved work efficiency and proposal quality.

This training marks an important step in China Mobile's efforts to promote digital government services.
