For stock trading, rely on Jin Qilin analyst reports—authoritative, professional, timely, comprehensive, helping you uncover potential thematic opportunities! (Source: Daily Economic News) Consumption vouchers drove order GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) to 40.9646 million yuan, generating 354 million on-platform impressions, 12.99 million product clicks, and connecting 169,200 consumers... This is the "report card" delivered by the 2026 "Rongpin Chuchuan · Cloud Shopping Tianfu" series of activities.

From August 19 to September 30, the 2026 "Rongpin Chuchuan · Cloud Shopping Tianfu" livestream event, with the theme "I'll Pack Chengdu for You," partnered with Kuaishou's "Harvest China" IP, kicking off with a product selection fair, followed by multiple themed livestreams and district (city) and county activities, promoting Chengdu's finest goods to the national market.

A single event shows transaction results, but a city's capabilities are seen in what is accumulated. The series of activities integrated policies, platforms, and industrial resources into a single market mechanism, using "Rongpin Chuchuan" as the driving force to advance product selection, livestreaming, and district-county coordination, gradually transforming the traffic, channels, and partnerships formed by the events into Chengdu's capacity to develop the platform economy.

Participating Merchants' Order Volume Grew 150%, Selection Tables Connected Production and Sales Chains

On August 19, the 2026 "Rongpin Chuchuan · Cloud Shopping Tianfu" livestream event and Kuaishou E-commerce "Harvest China · Chengdu Station" product selection fair was held in Chengdu, bringing national netizens to "cloud shop" for Chengdu's finest goods. A single selection fair connected product screening, merchant-influencer matching, and subsequent transactions.

Data shows that during the event, participating merchants' paid GMV grew 82% year-on-year, order volume grew 150% year-on-year, and the number of matches between Sichuan merchants and influencers grew 10% year-on-year. Behind the numerical growth were specific choices made at the selection tables.

On the day of the selection fair, more than 200 Chengdu and Sichuan local brands brought over 600 products, covering seven major categories including food and seasonings, alcohol and beverages, household goods, footwear, apparel, and beauty products, undergoing screening before entering livestream rooms through tastings, price inquiries, and negotiations.

At the selection fair, Dandan (Yang Runxin), who has over 100 million followers on Kuaishou, was appointed as "Chengdu Finest Goods Recommendation Ambassador," while dozens of influencers deeply rooted in vertical tracks such as food, home, cultural tourism, and intangible cultural heritage, including Mochen Xia and Brother Zhu, were appointed as "Chengdu Finest Goods Recommendation Experts," jointly forming a Chengdu product promotion matrix.

At the venue, Pixian bean paste and hot pot base attracted streamers to stop and taste, while booths for home goods, women's shoes, and intangible cultural heritage creative products were surrounded by selection teams. Some held lists to verify specifications and prices, others opened packaging to explain craftsmanship and discuss selling points, and MCN agencies and supply chain enterprises sat around tables discussing inventory and shipping.

Just one day after the selection fair ended, "echoes" came from online. On the evening of August 20, "Brother Zhu Renovation Materials Sales King" opened a special session for Haofengjing Home, with products such as dining tables, chairs, and mattresses achieving single-session sales exceeding 3 million yuan.

From offline handshakes to online broadcasts, the selection fair concentrated channel finding, product screening, and partnership building onto the same pathway. Data shows that during the event, food and seasonings, alcohol and beverages, and household goods became the top three categories contributing to order GMV, achieving 17.29 million yuan, 15.37 million yuan, and 8.21 million yuan respectively, together accounting for 99.8% of total order GMV.

From daily high-frequency food to high-ticket alcohol and home goods, the event drove sales conversion for merchants across different categories. Fast-moving consumer goods formed order scale, while large durable goods released high-ticket consumer demand, giving Chengdu's product portfolio a characteristic of simultaneous volume growth across multiple categories of "eating, drinking, and living."

The rapid implementation of livestreams relied on the market foundation already established by Chengdu's livestream e-commerce. In the first half of 2026, Chengdu's online retail sales reached 407.112 billion yuan, ranking sixth nationally and first in central and western China; livestream online retail sales reached 52.638 billion yuan, providing a foundation for continuous matching between merchants, influencers, and platforms.

Distribution GMV Grew 75%, "Chengdu Packages" Heading Nationwide

After the selection fair completed the first round of supply-demand matching, the screened Chengdu product portfolio gradually entered Kuaishou official accounts and influencer livestream rooms. Data shows that during the event, Chengdu product portfolio's all-domain order volume grew 21% year-on-year, and distribution GMV grew 75% year-on-year.

On August 22, Kuaishou's official e-commerce account "Kuaishou Shop" was the first to go live, with Chengdu's finest goods from the selection fair concentrated into the livestream room, gaining nearly 35 million impressions that day. The platform's official account led the way, opening the entrance to the national market for Chengdu's product portfolio.

The next day, top influencer Dandan took over the broadcast. Haidilao, Chunjuan, Liaoji Bangbang Chicken, Akwang, Haorenjia, Jule, and other Chengdu finest goods were listed one by one, with hot pot base, instant foods, cooked foods, dairy products, and skincare products placed into the same "Chengdu package." That day's livestream exceeded 100 million impressions, with cumulative viewers surpassing 50 million.

The two livestreams together exceeded 130 million impressions, with official accounts and top influencers relay-style amplifying the market reach of Chengdu's finest goods. Among them, during Dandan's livestream, soft-seed pomegranates sold over 600,000 jin, Kate mangoes over 450,000 jin, and Sichuan liquor over 40,000 bottles.

The two key livestreams formed traffic peaks, while more influencers and sessions continued to承接 subsequent transactions. Data shows that during the event, related influencers cumulatively livestreamed over a thousand sessions. Among them, Dandan's August 23 "Harvest China · Chengdu Station" special session achieved consumption voucher-driven order GMV of 3.743 million yuan; multiple livestreams by Brother Zhu, Xu Jie, Mr. Chen, Li Xuanzhuo, and others each achieved consumption voucher-driven order GMV exceeding 1 million yuan.

Notably, the destinations of orders made "Rongpin Chuchuan" more concrete. Among approximately 25,000 orders with identifiable receiving provinces, Sichuan province accounted for less than 0.5%, with Chengdu products reaching all parts of the country along with packages, moving from concentrated exposure in livestream rooms to thousands of households, achieving "Chengdu finest goods sold nationwide."

"The roots of hit products grow in the soil of their origin." This statement by Dandan at the selection fair articulated the logic of Chengdu products entering livestream rooms. Fruit needs to explain production area and ripeness, bean paste needs to present craftsmanship and flavor, while home goods and women's shoes need to display design, materials, and usage scenarios. From single items to product portfolios, "I'll Pack Chengdu for You" gained a more industry-oriented expression.

One product represents one enterprise, while multiple products appearing together present the supply structure of Chengdu's finest goods. Behind this, product standards, stable supply, and after-sales fulfillment jointly catch the traffic, giving concentrated exposure the opportunity to transform into more stable channel relationships.

Women's Shoes Special Session GMV Exceeded 6 Million Yuan, Platform Traffic Penetrated Industrial Belts

After the top livestreams in late August completed the first round of traffic attraction, the series of activities continued to extend to Chengdu's districts (cities), counties, and industrial belts: Pujiang kiwi fruit sold approximately 10,000 orders in a single session with sales exceeding 500,000 yuan; five shoe enterprises in Shuangliu achieved GMV exceeding 6 million yuan across 10 livestream rooms; the closing food special session gathered 17 enterprises and 76 products.

How transactions landed in industrial belts—the Pujiang orchard provided a concrete scene. The livestream room was moved into the kiwi fruit orchard, with local e-commerce practitioners represented by Yang Tiancai speaking to the camera about taste, origin, and growing environment, while village collective economy leaders also stepped in front of the camera to endorse local agricultural products.

In Shuangliu, the results brought by livestreaming extended from online transactions to enterprise operational capabilities. Starting August 31, multiple key shoe enterprises simultaneously launched special livestreams; the locality also organized over 40 enterprises to observe, with platform experts explaining store opening, team building, and traffic conversion. Special livestreams brought transactions and also brought more small and medium-sized enterprises into the practical scene of livestream e-commerce.

After the district-county special sessions, the series of activities entered its closing phase. On September 24, the final two themed livestreams aired in the studio of the Chengdu E-commerce Enterprise Association. The food special session covered grains and oils, seasonings, specialty snacks, and leisure braised foods, while the intangible cultural heritage special session brought palm weaving, silk, and other handicrafts into the livestream room, explaining materials, techniques, and heritage stories one by one.

After preliminary sorting by the association and streamer teams, products scattered across enterprises and studios formed product portfolios ready for direct broadcasting. The approach of district-county special sessions will continue. According to relevant officials, Chengdu will rely on the "Rongpin Chuchuan" platform resources to coordinate more districts (cities) and counties, regularly carry out differentiated livestream special sessions; at the same time, integrate platform traffic, influencer resources, and industrial services, cultivate a local livestream e-commerce ecosystem, and promote more Chengdu specialty products to reach the nation through the cloud.

A single livestream creates volume, while a mechanism accumulates capability. From a city perspective, the advancement of the platform economy is reflected in a set of resource organization methods that can be repeatedly invoked. Over a month of activities left behind transactions, but also accumulated screened product portfolios, influencer resources with established connections, and livestream scenarios tested by the market. "I'll Pack Chengdu for You"—the package contains Chengdu's finest goods, and also the channels and capabilities that keep these goods continuously reaching the nation.
