POP MART's Wang Ning Expresses Frustration Over Bag Delays During Routine Meeting

In a recent episode of Xinhua News Agency's "Amplify" program, POP MART's Wang Ning expressed frustration during a routine meeting over the prolonged delay in updating the company's product bags. He questioned the staff, asking, "When will everyone be able to see the new bags? How has it been so long, and it seems we can only see one mini bag?"

He continued, "I feel like we've had so many meetings about this procurement process, with so many people involved. Who exactly is responsible for the procurement? Can we just find that person and ask them how they handle procurement? We've held so many meetings; has the person in charge of the order never attended a single one?" he said.

Regarding this, Wang Ning later explained in the program that he is someone who acts on his ideas. If he sees an issue, he is determined to fix it, and he is particularly bothered by design errors. "For example, in earlier years, you might have heard me repeatedly and very seriously discussing things with everyone. Like sometimes the color of a light would be wrong; basically, every time I see something like that, I have them change it," he said.
