CRRC Times Electric Sets 30 October 2026 Board Meeting to Approve Nine-Month Unaudited Results

Zhuzhou-based rail equipment manufacturer CRRC Times Electric has announced that its board of directors will convene on 30 October 2026. The meeting’s primary agenda is to approve the release of the Group’s unaudited financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 and to address any additional business matters.

The notification, dated 22 September 2026, was signed by Chairman Li Donglin. Current board composition comprises Chairman and Executive Director Li Donglin, Vice Chairman and Executive Director Shang Jing, Executive Director Xu Shaolong, Independent Non-Executive Directors Li Kaiguo, Zhong Ninghua, Lam Siu Fung and Feng Xiaoyun, and Employee Director Chen Zhiman.
