BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited (BOCOM INTL, 03329) has appointed Ms Tang Jue, 45, as Executive Director and Chief Risk Officer, effective 29 June 2026. Tang, currently the firm’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, will also serve as an Authorised Representative under HKEX Listing Rule 3.05.

Background of Ms Tang Tang joined Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. in 2007 and has held successive senior risk-related positions, most recently Senior Manager at the Global Markets Department’s Precious Metals Centre (Hong Kong). She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, obtained in 2004 and 2007 respectively.
As of the announcement date, Tang has no shareholding in BOCOM INTL, no directorships in other listed entities within the past three years, and no disclosed relationships with existing directors or major shareholders.
