MECOM Power: No Share Capital Changes in June 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

MECOM Power and Construction Limited (MECOM Power) has submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period ended 30 June 2026.

The filing confirms that authorised share capital held steady at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing authorised capital of HKD 50.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 3.98 billion ordinary shares, identical to the level reported at the end of May 2026. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the month, and there were no issuances, repurchases, conversions, or exercises under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

Management further affirmed that MECOM Power continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as at 30 June 2026.

The company’s secretary, Tam Wing Yee, confirmed that all regulatory and listing rule obligations related to the issuer’s securities have been duly satisfied.
