For the month ended 31 July 2026, SANY Heavy Equipment International Holdings Company Limited (abbreviated as SANY INT'L) reported no changes to authorised, issued or treasury shares across all share classes.

Authorised Capital • Ordinary share authorisation remained at 4.46 billion shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equating to HKD 446.11 million. • Convertible preference share authorisation held steady at 538.93 million shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equal to HKD 53.89 million. • Total authorised share capital therefore stayed at HKD 500.00 million.
