ENN Energy Maintains Steady Share Base in August 2026; Public Float Remains Above 25% Threshold

ENN Energy Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for August 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, confirming that no changes were recorded in either authorised or issued share capital during the period ended 31 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital was unchanged at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 300.00 million. Issued shares also remained stable at 1.13 billion, and the issuer continued to hold zero treasury shares.

In its statutory declaration, ENN Energy confirmed compliance with the Main Board public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of its issued shares in public hands as of month-end.

Employee incentive programmes showed limited activity. Under the 2012 Share Option Scheme, 0.22 million options were outstanding, with no options exercised during the month. The 2022 Share Option Scheme had no options outstanding, though it still permits the future issuance of up to 56.51 million shares. No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-related instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding, and the company did not engage in share repurchases or treasury share transactions.

No funds were raised in August, and the overall share count and capital structure remain unchanged. The filing was signed by Company Secretary Ms Leung Mui Yin and submitted to the exchange on 1 September 2026.
