China Cinda (01359) announced that it received the resignation letter from Mr. Chen Xiaowu, the company's Non-Executive Director, on December 31, 2025. Mr. Chen Xiaowu has tendered his resignation from the positions of Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Board's Risk Management Committee, and member of the Strategic Development Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, citing retirement upon reaching the mandatory retirement age.
