Yuk Wing Group Disposes of Hong Kong Exchange and China Mobile Holdings

Yuk Wing Group Ltd (HKEX: 01536) has announced the disposal of shares in Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and China Mobile Limited.

On April 27, 2026, the company sold a total of 2,500 Hong Kong Exchange shares on the open market for an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$1.027 million, excluding transaction costs. This transaction is referred to as the initial disposal of Hong Kong Exchange shares.

Subsequently, on July 20, 2026, the company conducted a further sale of 11,200 Hong Kong Exchange shares on the open market for an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$4.4218 million, excluding transaction costs. This is termed the further disposal of Hong Kong Exchange shares. The average price for the sold Hong Kong Exchange shares was approximately HK$397.72 per share.

Concurrently, on April 27, 2026, the company sold 12,000 China Mobile shares on the open market for a total consideration of approximately HK$1.0074 million, excluding transaction costs. This is identified as the initial disposal of China Mobile shares.

A further disposal occurred on July 20, 2026, where the company sold 40,000 China Mobile shares on the open market for an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$3.22 million, excluding transaction costs. This is noted as the further disposal of China Mobile shares. The average selling price for the China Mobile shares was approximately HK$81.30 per share.
