INNOSCIENCE Trustee Acquires 2.2511 Million Shares Under Share Award Scheme

INNOSCIENCE (02577) has issued an announcement stating that from July 8, 2026 to October 16, 2026, the trustee of the scheme has further purchased 2.2511 million H shares of the company from the market in accordance with the terms and conditions of the scheme, and holds these shares in trust for the benefit of eligible participants.
