Flydoo Technology Holding Limited (8069) Announces Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 30 September 2025

Bulletin Express11-26

Flydoo Technology Holding Limited (Stock Code: 8069) released its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025. According to the announcement, revenue from continuing operations decreased to approximately HK$139.6 million from HK$172.7 million in the same period of 2024. Gross profit for continuing operations stood at around HK$20.1 million, compared with HK$31.2 million in the prior year.

The decline was primarily attributed to lower demand for Japanese travel products, partly influenced by media and social media speculation around potential disasters in Japan during the summer months of 2025. Revenue from package tours was approximately HK$137.5 million, marking an 18.7% decline compared to the same period in 2024. Gross profit in this segment was around HK$18.0 million, versus HK$28.2 million previously.

Overall, the group recorded a loss of approximately HK$3.8 million for the reporting period, compared with a HK$0.6 million loss in the prior-year period. The board noted that no interim dividend was recommended. The company also successfully raised approximately HK$4.0 million in net proceeds through a share subscription, which was allocated to support promotional activities in the travel segment.

Management stated that the group remained confident in the eventual rebound of Japan’s tourism sector and noted that it would continue to explore business opportunities and strategic diversification to strengthen revenue sources and future earnings potential.
