Silkwave Inc Names Hugo Ho as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, Satisfying HKEX Listing Requirements

Silkwave Inc announced that it has appointed Mr. Ho Yuk Ming, Hugo as both Company Secretary and Authorised Representative with effect from 24 September 2026, bringing the company into full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules 3.28 and 3.05.

Mr. Ho, aged 55, is a qualified professional accountant with more than 25 years of experience in auditing, accounting and financial management. He is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and currently serves as company secretary of Neo-Neon Holdings Limited. Mr. Ho previously held senior positions at several public and holding companies in Hong Kong. He holds an honours diploma in accounting from Hong Kong Shue Yan University (formerly Hong Kong Shue Yan College), obtained in July 1996.

Silkwave’s board of directors is led by Chairman Mr. Chau Ngai Fung, with executive directors Ms. Hu Manqiu, Mr. Yang Tenghao and Ms. Tian Tian, and independent non-executive directors Mr. Cheng Chi Kin, Mr. Lam Po Chuen and Mr. Tam Hon Wah.
