An engineer from Xi'an Zhao'an Trading Co., Ltd. provided training on the operation of coding instruments and the activation and issuance procedures for paper certificates. The conference aimed to promote the implementation of the agricultural product quality and safety compliance certificate system in the high-tech zone, in accordance with the "Management Measures for Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Compliance Certificates." It emphasized the principle of "producers and sellers being accountable for their products," establishing the compliance certificate as a mandatory credential for market entry and a pledge of quality assurance. To date, the high-tech zone has distributed eight large coding machines to subdistrict offices, 22 handheld coding devices to large-scale farmers and breeders, and 400,000 paper certificates to small-scale growers.
