Key points of the announcement are as follows:
• Transition to e-delivery: Hengdeli has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be sent by default.
• Shareholder action required: – Shareholders who wish to receive e-mail notifications should provide a valid e-mail address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the Hong Kong share registrar (Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai). – Investors preferring hard-copy documents may elect to receive printed versions by marking the relevant option on the reply form or by e-mailing hengdeliholdings.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The print-copy instruction will remain effective for one year from the date the registrar receives it.
• Access to documents: Shareholders who do not register an e-mail address and do not request hard copies will need to monitor both Hengdeli’s website and HKEXnews for future corporate communications.
• Support channels: Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar on +852 2862 8688 (09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday, Hong Kong time).
The board, chaired by Mr Cheung Wing Lun Tony, emphasises that printed copies of the current set of documents are available upon request at no cost. The new arrangement aligns Hengdeli’s disclosure practices with HKEX guidelines, aiming to enhance timeliness and reduce environmental impact.
