The Yangjiang regulatory branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration has imposed administrative penalties on Agricultural Bank of China Ltd's Yangjiang branch.
The branch was found to have engaged in imprudent loan management practices.
As a result, it has been ordered to rectify the issues and has been fined 250,000 yuan.
Additionally, the responsible individuals, He Yanguang and Chen Ying, have been issued warnings.
