周二晚间消息，微博相关部门负责人表示，微博平台私有化“传言不实”。微博今日盘前一度近50%，现涨幅收窄至10%左右。
据此前市场消息：微博董事长曹国伟和中国国有投资者洽谈将微博平台私有化，希望的私有化价格为每股90-100美元，较前日收盘价52.9美元溢价70.13%-89.03%。
