ST HLDGS Publishes AGM Circular and Proxy Form; Shareholders Asked to Confirm Communication Preferences

Bulletin Express04-17

On 16 April 2026, ST HLDGS (Sheng Tang Holdings Limited) released its latest Annual General Meeting (AGM) Circular together with the accompanying Proxy Form. Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.tongkee.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to review the documents online. Those preferring hard copies may complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 8305-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Without one, the company can only send notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications in printed form until a valid address is supplied. For assistance, the registrar’s hotline (+852 2980 1333) operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.

The notification reiterates that “Corporate Communications” encompass reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and any materials requiring shareholder action. The current release fulfils regulatory obligations by ensuring equal access to information and offering shareholders flexibility in how they receive corporate documents.
