Haier Smart Home Executes RMB1.04 Million A-Share Buyback for Incentive Scheme

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 09 April 2026 it repurchased 50,000 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at a fixed price of RMB 20.73 per share, bringing the cash outlay to approximately RMB 1.04 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.00081% to 6.16 billion shares. Concurrently, the treasury-share balance rose to 97.32 million shares from 97.27 million previously. The total issued share capital, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 6.25 billion.

The repurchased shares are being retained as treasury stock for future employee share-incentive schemes. The board confirmed that the buyback complied with all applicable regulations of both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and that all requisite funds were fully settled.
