Yunfeng Financial switches to full e-delivery of shareholder communications in line with HKEX paperless regime

Yunfeng Financial Group Limited has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, effective 25 September 2026.

Key points 1. Regulatory framework • The move aligns with Rule 2.07A of HKEX’s expanded paperless listing regime, effective since 31 December 2023, and complies with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and the company’s Articles of Association.

2. Scope of “Corporate Communications” • Documents covered include directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company website (www.yff.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

3. Action required from non-registered shareholders • Investors holding shares through brokers, banks, custodians or HKSCC Nominees must provide a functional email address to their intermediaries to receive electronic notifications. • Without an email address on record, investors will not receive publication alerts and must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently.

4. Opt-in for printed copies • Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials can submit the enclosed Reply Form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or email yunfeng.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.

5. Investor support • Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (HKT).
