Nuobikan Artificial Intelligence Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. (“NUOBIKAN”) issued a clarification stating that Independent Non-executive Director Wang Huan has served, since 12 December 2025, as an independent non-executive director of 160 Health International Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2656).

The update corrects and supplements the biographical details contained in NUOBIKAN’s shareholder circular dated 23 February 2026. All other information in that circular remains unchanged.

Following the clarification, NUOBIKAN’s board composition is: • Executive Directors – Liao Yu (Chairman), Tang Taike, Liu Bo, Wang Li • Non-executive Directors – Ruan Jianping, Hua Zhangrong • Independent Non-executive Directors – Cao Xiaoxue, Sang Yongsheng, Bau Siu Fung, Wang Huan
