JXR Executes HKD 5.55 Million Buyback, Lifts Treasury Shares to 49.39 Million

Bulletin Express10-16

Jinxin Fertility Group Limited (abbreviated as “JXR”) disclosed that it repurchased 2.51 million ordinary shares on 16 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 2.185 and HKD 2.26, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.205 per share, bringing total cash outflow to HKD 5.55 million.

Following the transaction, JXR’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.09 % to 2.66 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 49.39 million. The total issued share count remains unchanged at 2.71 billion as the repurchased shares are held in treasury.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 25 June 2026, which authorises JXR to repurchase up to 262.51 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 61.93 million shares, equivalent to 2.36 % of the company’s issued share base on the approval date.

In addition, a separate pool of 78.05 million shares (representing approximately 2.96 % of current outstanding shares) has been repurchased earlier in 2026 for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as of 16 October 2026. JXR is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 November 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules following on-market repurchases.
