Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on July 14th, BlackRock purchased an additional 1,641,400 shares of Goldwind (HKEX: 02208).
The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$9.5584 per share, involving a total consideration of around HK$15.6892 million.
Following this acquisition, BlackRock's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 86.264 million shares.
This latest purchase increases its stake to 11.15% of the company's issued share capital.
