China Wantian Adds 0.70 Million New Shares via 2016 Option Scheme, Lifting Issued Capital to 2.04 Billion

China Wantian Holdings Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 24 August 2026, confirming the allotment of 0.70 million new ordinary shares pursuant to its share option scheme adopted on 26 September 2016. The new shares were issued at HKD 0.93 each to an option holder who is not a director of the company.

Prior to the transaction, China Wantian had 2.04 billion shares in issue. The additional shares represent approximately 0.03 % of the pre-issue share capital, bringing the company’s total issued share count to 2.04 billion (2,038.33 million) shares as of 24 August 2026. The company reported no treasury shares outstanding and no repurchases or redemptions during the period.

The filing confirms that the share issuance was duly authorised by the board and carried out in accordance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements, with full receipt of subscription monies and no outstanding conditions related to the listing of the new shares.
