EXTREME VISION (06636) announced that it recently entered into a technical service agreement and an order thereunder with an independent third-party customer, pursuant to which the company will provide large model Token invocation services to the customer.
The total order amount for the three-month subscription period as set out in the order is approximately RMB 78 million. The technical service agreement is executed in accordance with orders or quotations confirmed by both parties.
According to the order, the customer has subscribed to 543 monthly resource packages, each with a standard of 1 million Tokens Per Minute (TPM, a metric measuring the processing capacity of the relevant model service), representing a total capacity of 54,300 million TPM.
The group will provide the customer with large model invocation services, including the Stellar Vision-Language Large Model.
The announcement stated that the signing of the technical service agreement marks a milestone for the group in advancing the commercialization of its Stellar Vision-Language Large Model business and its Token business. As these businesses mature, the company expects they will bring sustained revenue to the group.
The signing of the technical service agreement also confirms that the group's technical accumulation, resource capabilities, and comprehensive service capabilities in the field of vision-language large models have gained market recognition.
As of the date of this announcement, the company has been delivering services to the customer progressively and has received payments of approximately RMB 26 million from the customer. The company expects that the relevant revenue under the order will be recognized during the year ending December 31, 2026.
