Central China Management (09982) announced that the group expects to record an after-tax net profit of approximately RMB 49.8 million to RMB 52.9 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This represents a decrease of about 28.0% to 32.0% compared to the after-tax net profit of approximately RMB 73.2 million reported for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. The decline is primarily attributed to a continued downturn in the real estate market, which has led to a reduction in management service fee revenue.
