Sands China Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Opens One-Year Window for Printed Copy Requests

Bulletin Express08-24

Sands China Ltd. has released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the company’s Investor Relations webpage (www.sandschina.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders holding shares through CCASS may obtain a printed version by submitting a written request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Requests can be sent by post to 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or by email to sandschina.ecom@computershare.com.hk, and must include the shareholder’s name, address and the specific demand for a printed copy.

Shareholders who prefer printed copies of all future corporate communications may complete and return the enclosed reply form or send an email instruction to the registrar. Each instruction to receive hard-copy communications remains valid for one year and must be renewed thereafter.

Sands China advises non-registered shareholders to provide a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians or other CCASS intermediaries. Without an email on record, shareholders will not receive electronic publication notifications and will need to monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites independently.

Questions regarding the distribution arrangements can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8688, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
