Deep News04-02

Five government departments, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the National Financial Regulatory Administration, have issued administrative guidance to standardize the publication of online recruitment information. The authorities have instructed major online platforms, such as Zhaopin, Kanzhun Limited, 58.com, Maimai, Douyin, Kuaishou, Sina Weibo, and Baidu Tieba, to strengthen their management responsibilities regarding information content. These platforms are required to ensure rigorous verification of qualifications, clear disclosure of information, thorough content review, effective risk prevention, and proper handling and control of issues. The directive aims to enhance compliance operations, improve technological and algorithmic safeguards, and bolster the protection of job seekers' legitimate employment rights, thereby improving the governance of online recruitment spaces.
