Macy's, Zoom, Medtronic, Intuit And More: U.S. Stocks To Watch

With US stock futures trading slightly lower this morning on Tuesday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Wall Street expects Macy's, Inc. to report quarterly earnings at $0.85 per share on revenue of $5.49 billion before the opening bell. Macy's shares fell 0.9% to $18.45 in pre-market trading.
  • Zoom Video Communications Inc reported better-than-expected earnings for its second quarter, but sales missed expectations. The company ended the quarter with 204,100 Enterprise customers, up 18% year-over-year. Zoom Video shares dropped 8.3% to $89.35 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting Medtronic plc to have earned $1.12 per share on revenue of $7.22 billion for the latest quarter. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Medtronic shares gained 1% to $94.03 in after-hours trading.
  • Palo Alto Networks reported better-than-expected results for its fourth quarter and issued FY23 guidance above estimates. The company’s board also announced a three-for-one stock split. Palo Alto shares surged 8.2% to $549.50 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect Intuit Inc. to post quarterly earnings at $0.98 per share on revenue of $2.34 billion before the opening bell. Intuit shares rose 1% to $450.60 in after-hours trading.
