MULTIFIELD INTL (00898) announced that on February 3, 2026, Ernesto, an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, sold a total of 1.54 million shares of HSBC Holdings PLC on the open market at an average price of approximately HK$138.05 per share. The total consideration amounted to about HK$213 million, excluding transaction costs, and will be settled in cash upon completion of the transaction.
