Future Machine: Xu Jing Succeeds Li Yiu Hong as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent

Future Machine Limited (“Future Machine”) announced that Mr. Li Yiu Hong has resigned as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Process Agent under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, effective 30 October 2026. Mr. Li confirmed he has no disagreement with the Board and that no matters need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Ms. Xu Jing as the new Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent, also effective 30 October 2026. Ms. Xu brings more than 24 years of experience in finance management, tax planning, investment and financing, internal control and company secretarial functions. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Li for his contributions and extended a formal welcome to Ms. Xu upon her appointment.
